We propose the new library for Varna that is inclusive, comfortable and beautiful. The library is very present on the street - with its color and scale it is noticeable from far, while coming closer, one would encounter friendly, inviting building that has humane scale and welcomes everyone, including people who do not traditionally use libraries. The new yellow library is designed to become a true community center. It is noticeable and famous for hosting different events and being a meeting place while bringing people closer to books. Every single space of the library is a scene for action. It is not about walls and slabs but about the space in-between and the processes that are going to happen there. The architecture is there to frame it and to give it positive charge.
