The unique situation of the building combined with the traditions of the institution dating back to 19th century and the ambition for the future, require architecture that stands out and could become a symbol of the city. The project aims at creating unison with the specific building of the municipality of Varna but baring the spirit of contemporary architecture. The materials used and the vertical orientation of both buildings makes them complementary. Steel frames covered with zinc sheets create rotational surfaces.
