The concept offers significant architectural identity of Varna Regional Library,that may candidate for new City Icon offering new adaptive environment for reading and meeting that would become an integrated part of neighbouring urban fabric.Volume and shape follow the spatial range of possible overgound construction and express the movement and dynamics but still striking unicity of the New Library that doesn´t collide with the architecture of Municipality Hall.Wooden sunshades provide sun protection of interior environment though with plenty of daylight, that extends via interior communication void connecting all visitors´ floors.This open space gallery allows the visitors flow but becomes a dominant feature showing the splendour of library institution too. Spreading main storage facility throughout the highest floors makes the transparency and consistence of library visitors´ floor possible.Wooden structure would have soft visual impact on the urban surrounding together with the restored greenery and one embedded into the structure itself.
