Varna library collection offers literature for all ages and interests. It will serve the citizens and become inseparable part of their life from childhood through university education till adulthood. Building walls are like a seashell preserving written knowledge of the world and at a contact point people are able to enter and immerse in it. There is no visual limit between the inner and outer space at ground level and in summer even the physical barrier of clear glass will be removed. Once inside people are led into the heart of the library (reading places) through a vertical connection. There they will enjoy protected area from the outside world and will be able to study, work, dream or just contemplate over the universe origin. Knowledge will leave the library boundaries through visitors and bring enlightment to all.
