How to fill in the documents if we are a team, but not a company?
Make up a name of the team and fill it in everywhere you need “Participant’s name“ to be filled in (the name can also be a simple list of all the members of the team).
Name one of the team to represent it and fill in his/her data everywhere you need to fill in data about representative of the participant (that means personal ID number, address, etc).
The person who represents the team should sign in all the documents.
